RETURNS
In the unlikely event you wish to return your purchase please contact hello@laurajattew.com within 14 days of receipt of your artwork. Please include your order number, the reason for your return and whether you would prefer to exchange the item or receive a refund.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for the cost of returning products for refund or exchange. We advise that you use a trackable shipping service to guarantee that we receive your returned item.
When you return your artwork to us, it is essential that you return it in perfect condition. If the artwork is damaged when it reaches us, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. For help and advice on packing your item for return please contact hello@laurajattew.com

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR WRONGLY SUPPLIED PRODUCTS
Should you be returning an item because it is faulty, damaged or has been incorrectly supplied please e-mail us photos of the damaged or incorrect product to hello@laurajattew.com before initiating a return.
Where an item is being returned because it is faulty, damaged or has been incorrectly supplied then we will refund the cost of item, the original shipping cost for the item and the cost of the return postage (proof of cost is required). We advise that you use a trackable shipping service to guarantee that we receive your returned item.
Refunds and replacements will be granted at the discretion of LA Studio Laura J Attew
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any personalized orders. If you receive your personalized print or product and we have made a mistake, please kindly let us know and we will reprint free of charge. If you have made a mistake when ordering, a corrected reprint will be charged at the regular price + shipping.
Refunds can take up to 7 working days to be processed. Should you not have received a refund within this time period please get in touch. If you need any further help or require more information about our returns policy then please contact us.
