'Solitary' 2024

It’s no secret that I love Hornbills and I love painting them too. Maybe it’s because I love monochrome, or their fantastic beaks that pop against their black and white feathers. Or maybe its because they take me back to our time in Singapore, which was a happy time for us. To be surrounded by these tropical birds was a special experience that I will always treasure.

Painted in Acrylics on a canvas board and framed in an oak finish frame.
